Step-1 Create Company Alfa Medicine.

Step-2 F11 Inventory Features-Storage & Classification

              Maintain Batch Wise Details- Yes

             Set Expiry Date for Batches- Yes

Create Following Master:

Stock Group: Medicine

Unit of Measurement- Stp- Strips-1

Creditors :- New Aflatoon Medical Store       Debtors:- Gujarat Chemist

 

        1.      Commenced business with capital of Rs. 500000

        2.      Rs. 100000 deposited SBI bank and opened account.

        3.      Salary of Rs.12500/- Paid to Hanif Pathan by Cheque

        4.      Commission Received in cheque Rs. 5000 and Rs. 3000 are outstanding.

        5.      Rent paid in cash Rs. 500 & and Rs. 100 are outstanding.

        6.      Rs. 500 bank has credited for interest and debited Rs. 200 bank charges.

        7.      Rs. 4550 received advance from Gujarat Chemist.

        8.      Advertisement expense paid in advance Rs. 2000

        9.      Ajay Medicine's check Rs. 50000 was deposited in the bank but the bank

        did not pass it.

        10.  Office rent of Rs. 10000 paid by cheque.

        11.  Godown rent of Rs. 20000 received by cheque.
