Debit Note का मतलब हो ता है Purchase Return जब आप कीसी के पास से माल-सामान खरीद ते है ओर उसमे कुछ फोल्ट हो तो हम उसे वापस करते है इसे टेली की भाषा में Debit Note कहा जाता है।

Credit Note का मतलब हो ता है Sales Return जब आप कीसी को  माल-सामान बेचते है ओर उसमे कुछ फोल्ट हो तो वह सामान हमारा गाह्क हमे वापस करता है तो इसे टेली की भाषा में Credit Note कहा जाता है।
