        Step:- 1 Create Company

        Step:-2 Gateway of Tally > F11 Accounting Features >Active interest Calculation – YES

         Step:-3 Create Ledger

Ledger	Under Group
Honda Showroom	Sundry Creditors
Honda Shine	Fix Assets
Axis Bank	Bank Account
Interest	Expense Indirect

                                                                                         

         

                    Create All Ledger Active interest calculation - Yes

        

            

                 Step:-4 Give Bike Purchase Entry in Journal with Down Payment

 

Step: 5 Show interest in next month

                Gateway of Tally > Display > Statement of Account > Interest Calculation > Interest Payable

                Step:-6 Give First Installment Rs. 2000 Entry with interest

            

    

            Step:-7 Now you have to check the interest every month to do a similar entry.

            Step:-8 finally, check that how much interest you have paid the total, follow the steps given                                 below.

                    Gateway of Tally > Display > Account Books > Ledger > Interest
